Information for Cruise Ship Passengers
We have contractual agreements with all cruise lines. If you are coming to Kauai on a cruise ship, please book thru their Shore Excursion depts, either online or onboard.

The tour we have put together for the cruise lines is one hour longer than our normal bus tour and includes two beautiful waterfalls.
(Exception)-If you would like to book a 4x4 Tour, it must be reserved thru us.

Harbor pick-up times:
4x4 Tour: 8:00 AM, return about 3:30 PM
If you have a large group and your arrival times are different than the above, you can set up a special tour just for your group. On the Land Tour, minimum is 14 passengers; on the 4x4 Tour, minimum is 10 passengers.
Please be advised that if you have back problems or are pregnant, the 4x4 Tour is not a good idea. It can get bumpy.
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a 7 day cancellation policy on parties of 8 or more. The exception to this is if your ship cannot come in to port because of sea conditions or the ship has been delayed. If that happens, you will not be charged.
