Q-DO NASH AND COOPER HAVE BIG PARTS IN THE FILM?
A-Due to the fact they keep their clothes on during the entire film, I'm not sure how big their parts are.
Q-IS ORDESKY A LIKEABLE CHARACTER OR A SLEEZBALL LIKE NEDRY?
A-Ordesky didn't strike me as being either likeable or unlikeable. He is just sort of there as part of the group. He certainly doesn't have the impact that Nedry had on us.
Q-IS THE BOAT VS. SPINO BATTLE AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS IN THE TRAILER?
A-Because this scene takes place later in the film, we are all going to be pretty amped up by then and sort of out of breath. It will probably keep us on the edge of our seats.
Q-ARE THE TWO SURPRISE CHARACTERS FROM THE FIRST OR SECOND FILMS?
A-Who said they were from either film? Really, that is a question I don't want to answer. Don't want to make it too easy for you.
Q-IS THIS MOVIE GOING TO BE CRAP AS SO MANY PEOPLE EXPECT IT, MEDIOCRE LIKE TLW, OR GOOD LIKE JP?
A-Anybody who walks into any theater feeling any film is going to be crap, will see crap. They shouldn't even go. My feeling is this film will have some of the darkness of TLW (rain, rain and more rain), but introduce a couple of interesting storylines and twists not seen in TLW. We will see the plot explore more of what makes these animals tick. I really feel it is going to be much better than TLW, but also feel it would be almost impossible to recreate the feelings we felt in the original JP. That film was a groundbreaker and this one is a continuation of that.
Q-FOR AN ACTION FILM, DOES JP3 HAVE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF STORYLINE AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT?
A-Yes, much more so than TLW. I think everyone is going to like Billy, maybe Amanda, questionable on Paul, I think we'll all like Eric and, of course, Grant and his intelligence and logic is our saviour. We will also be following more than one storyline and curious about the resolutions of each.
Q-DOES ERIC KIRBY PULL SOME RIDICULOUS STUNT LIKE KELLY DID IN TLW?
A-Eric, no. Billy, well, sort of, yes. I found one of his scenes to be a little far fetched, but it might end up better on film than it reads.
Q-ARE THERE ANY SCENES OF A PACK OF RAPTORS ATTACKING ANOTHER DINOSAUR?
A-Yes
Q-IN YOUR OPINION, IS THIS MOVIE WORTH THE ADMISSION PRICE AND OUT OF THE THREE, HOW WOULD YOU RANK IT?
A-You're asking the wrong person that, because I am a big JP fan, so I will say any JP film is worth the admission price. Just based on the script, I can't really tell you how the final product will compare to the previous two. The trailers look great, the script reads well and I like the actors. I hope it all comes together.
Q-WHAT IS THE QUOTE ABOUT MALCOLM AND WHO SAYS IT?
A-(Grant)-Did you read Malcolm's book? (Eric)-Yeah. (Grant)-What did you think? (Eric)-I dunno. I mean, it was kind of preachy. And too much chaos. Everything's chaos. I thought the guy seemed kind of high on himself. (Grant)-That's two things we have in common.
Q-DO THE RAPTORS KEEP ANYONE HOSTAGE AND IF SO, WHY WOULD THEY?
A-Yes they do and they aren't going to be happy until they get the results they want from the group. They have a particular objective in mind.
Q-ARE PAUL AND AMANDA KIRBY MARRIED OR DIVORCED?
A-That's not really made clear, but we get the idea they are at least separated because Amanda has a boyfriend.
Q-HOW MANY PEOPLE DIE IN JP3. HOW MANY CLOSE CALLS ARE THERE.
A-I don't want to tell you how many people die, but there are several. There are many, many close calls. Anyone could die at any moment during most of the film.
Q-IN JP3, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS THE WORST SCENE IN THE MOVIE?
A-The heroic scene with Billy seems a bit far fetched to me. I hope it shows better than it reads.
Q-IS THERE ANY MENTION OF ISLA NUBLAR OR ANY SCENES OF IT?
A-It is referred to, but does not appear in the film.
Q-DO THE RAPTORS HAVE ANY INTERACTION WITH THE SPINO? THE PTERANEDONS?
A-Spino, no, Pteranedons, yes.
Q-WHAT WAS THE MAD SCIENTIST SCENE YOU MENTIONED EARLIER?
A-I don't remember mentioning a mad scientist scene, other than a reference to John Hammond and everything he created.
Q-DOES T-REX HAVE ONLY ONE SCENE?
A-The only scene referred to in the script is the battle scene. The T-Rex in the battle is a large bull.
Q-DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE IF THE T-REX IS THE SAME ONE FROM TLW OR IS IT AN ENTIRELY NEW ONE?
A-We aren't made aware of what T-Rex it is. He really doesn't say "Hi, remember me from TLW?"
