The JP Helicopter with 'Grant' stand-in

This beautiful helicopter used in JP1 crashed in March, 2001 while an FAA inspector was giving the pilot a check ride. The pilot and the owners of the craft are blaming the FAA inspector for asking the pilot to do a manuever that was not approved by the manufacturer and he had never done before.  No one was injured, but the helicopter was destroyed.
