Because I have removed some photos, previously located at jp18.htm, I have decided to post some more scenes. Enjoy!

Filmed on Nov. 3 on the Universal backlot, the group pushes thru the underbrush and come upon a T-Rex. A Spino chases the group thru the jungle, they lose him.

Filmed on Nov. 7, stage 27. A pteranodon grabs Eric. The groups watches helplessly as Eric is carried away. Everyone scrambles to get Eric. Grant and Amanda are separated from Paul by a Pteranodon. Grant and Amanda continue to battle.

Filmed on Stage 28, Nov. 20, Pteranodon drops Eric into the Nest area. Eric hits hatchlings with his knapsack.  Paul, in pursuit, slips and slides, lands down to nest. Paul grabs Eric, they fight their way out of the nest.

Filmed on Dec 4, jungle clearing set, the group will witness the mother of all Dinosaur battles. Plate shots for the Dino battle are shot.

Filmed on Dec. 6, the setting is the Ingen Compound, Equipment Yard-Raptors try to trap the Group. Paul trips, Amanda throws hexnuts at the Raptors.

In a scene filmed Dec. 8 on a set described as a Dinosaur Kennel, the group tries to trap a raptor, the raptor cries for help, the group runs.

Filmed on Dec. 12 at the Falls Lake tank, the group dives under the Aviary, the group is underwater during a Spino attack.

Filmed on Dec. 14 and 15, the group is on the barge at night, a Spino attacks. The group is tossed from the barge and are underwater during attack (see above). The Spino takes off into jungle. The group gets back on barge and (this is a strange one), Grant calls Ellie.

11/11

In a continuation of the scenes below, after the group watches Ordesky eaten by the Spino, the Spino now goes after the group, who is huddling in the fuselage of the plane.

The fuselage tumbles to the jungle floor from the tree tops. We see the groups point of view as the Spino tries to get to them in the fuselage.

The Spino slams the plane across the jungle floor. The Spino rolls the plane over, looking for a break in the fuselage.

The group is hammered against the walls of the plane and tumbled around like socks in a dryer.

The Spino steps on the fuselage, flattening it like paper. The group is almost crushed by the fuselage as the windows blow out. The plane is now useless and the group fights for their lives.

The following filmed in late October on stage 12.

The plane crashes, comes to rest in treetops. We then get Grant's point of view of the ground below. The group then sees a Spino coming. The Spino looks into the cockpit of the plane.

We then see the Spino rip off the nose of the plane, we then see the group's point of view of the Spino ripping off the nose of the plane. Ordesky, the pilot, is still in the cockpit.

The group slowly recovers from the crash. They are paralyzed with fear as the Spino rips off the nose of the plane. Grant says "Don't look!"

Ordesky tries to reassure everyone. The Spino looks into the plane and growls. Ordesky climbs from the cockpit into the fuselage. The Spino pulls Ordesky from the plane. Ordesky is ............

10/27

The following is to be filmed the last three days of November at the Falls Lake ( cliff ) set. They are exterior shots filmed during the day.

Paul chases after Billy, he arrives as Billy jumps from the cliff. Billy, who has a parasail, becomes flying bait for the Pteranodons. Billy's parasail gets snagged on a rocky ledge and he struggles to get out of the harness. Billy gets ......!

Another scene shows Amanda, Paul, Grant and Eric jumping from the cliff (I assume with parasails) and landing in the river. The group emerges on the other side of Aviary meshing.

In late December, blue screen work will be done, showing Billy struggling with the parasail as Pteranodons attack it.

10/19

A few more interesting scenes to wet your appetites.

Filmed on October 13 at some LA location. It is an interior shot of a Washington DC hearing room. Grants request for something is turned down.

The next scene, filmed on October 16 is supposed to be a Montana Steakhouse, The Hell Creek Bar and Grill, an interior, nighttime shot. Paul makes a deal with Grant.

Other scenes, filmed October 18 and 19th(today if all is well) is supposed to be a Montana lake location. It is an exterior, daytime scene of an excavation base camp in Montana where Paul has a proposition for Grant.

Another strange scene, filmed on October 10, is an exterior daytime shot of a rural auto salvage yard. Nash, Cooper and Ordesky blow up cars. Hmmmm.

10/17

These following scenes were filmed at an LA location on October 6. The scenes  include Grant and Ellie (gees, who could that be?). One scene, filmed at night, is the interior of Ellie's house as she takes a frantic call from Grant. Another, filmed during the day, is an exterior shot of a suburban backyard as Grant holds Ellie's baby and Mark comes out of the house. Another scene is the interior of a suburban dining room as they all have dinner. Another scene is filmed at night on a suburban street as Grant and Ellie say goodbye.

10/12

This is comprised of various scenes filmed over a period of time at various locations. I am only going to detail a few of the scenes. I am leaving out some really exciting stuff that you are just going to have to wait until the film comes out.

The scene includes Alan, Paul, Amanda and Billy (and others). The first shot was filmed at the Hanalei Valley Overlook on Kauai on September 16. Below the overlook is an incredible looking valley.

The shot was a plate shot of the group's point of view of the Ingen Compound. The next shot shows the group seeing the Ingen Compound for the first time.

The next scenes were filmed on the back lot at Universal on October 11 and October 12 (today if the production is running on schedule). It is an exterior shot of the Ingen Compound as the group arrives. The group then sees a cat like movement along the ridge they had previously been standing on.

In the next shots, which are interior shots of the Ingen Compound corridor, the group finds a vending machine and Billy kicks in the glass. (for those wondering about the sex of Billy, Alessandro Nivola is a man.)

The next scene is the Ingen Compound lobby, where Eric notices a candy wrapper and footprints.

There is alot of filming at the Ingen Compound and it is some great stuff. Now hold your breath until July, 2001.

10/6

These scenes were scheduled to be filmed on Stage 18 at Universal Studio on September 25 and 26. It is the interior of the plane, which is in the air. At one point Grant tells Billy he wants him as a partner. Grant is then sleeping and has a dream that a Raptor is seated across from him. Billy then wakes up Grant to tell him they are almost to the island. From the plane, the group sees a Brachiosaurs. As they get closer to the island, Ordesky turns off the radio.

On September 27, interior plane scenes were shot related to the Dillingham shoot. Grant wakes up to Amanda's voice on a bullhorn. (he must have fallen asleep while Cooper and Nash were going thru the jungle. He seems to sleep alot so far in this film).  Grant yells "Let's go now!" The group then braces themselves for take-off. We then get the groups reaction to Cooper being killed.

10/2

The scene filmed at Dillingham airfield included Neill, Macy, Leoni, Nivola, Diehl and Jeter. The plane is on the landing strip at Isla Sorna and Nash and Cooper head into the jungle. The scenes were filmed during the day and were filmed on August 30, 31 and Sept. 1. Most of the shots were exterior unless noted. All of a sudden, the group hears a dinosaur coming and run for the plane.  The pilots starts the plane as a bloodied Cooper staggers onto the runway. As he is running for the plane, a Spinosaurus crashes thru the jungle onto the runway and grabs him, tearing him to shreds. The plane accelerates down the runway and lifts off. From the cockpit, we see the huge Spino looming in front of it.
