The camera barge has been anchored in the river. The boat was moved to a more secure location so someone doesn't have to sit with it 24 hours.

Boat has been moved to the river. It took a cruise today to check out it's worthiness on the water.

Boat has been assigned a number by the state. Why? Is that in case it sinks, they know which boat to bring up?

Camera barge has been moved to the river and safety rails installed.
